Now arriving, a brief selection of very attractive assorted type coins I am offering for sale here. All the coins featured are assured to be attractive examples for their respective issues. Your satisfaction is guaranteed with every purchase.
Nickels:
1882 5c MS64 PCGS - Mellow surfaces with an immaculate strike. This specimen is mostly untoned but there are slight traces of shades of peach and gold. Certainly premium for its grade. -- $325.00
1893 5c PF64Cameo NGC - A scarce cameo representation of a proof Liberty Nickel. Mostly untoned with a hint or two of gold. There is only one small tick on the obverse field adjacent to Liberty's nose. Other than that the fields are smooth and watery appearing and basically void of hairlines. A very pleasing example. -- SOLD
1911 5c PR65 PCGS - There is a minor cameo contrast between the obverse devices and fields on this gem proof nickel. Both sides of this proof are almost totally smotherd by a lovely patina of light gold to rose colored toning. It's a true example of aging to perfection. There are no obvious hairlines nor contact marks anywhere. -- SOLD
Dimes:
1942-D 10c MS66FB PCGS - Lustrous and essentially all white except for a hint of original gold patina on the obverse. -- $57.00
Commemoratives:
1927 50c Vermont Commemorative MS65 PCGS - A classic commemorative issue that's absolutely scarce in gem grades! This gem is lustrous and only one shade away from being considered white. There is a beautiful aura of orange to gold pepherial toning that's present on both sides. Fully detailed as struck with clean features. -- $725.00
Half Dollars:
1945 50c MS65 PCGS - Blast white and lustrous. Void of any major contact marks or noticeable imperfections. This is the perfect type coin for the Walker seeker. -- 139.00
1947-D 50c MS65 PCGS - Satiny in appearance on very subtly golden toned surfaces. The luster is all there, and the strike is immaculate. In fact I rarely see Walkers struck this well when every minute detail is visible to the naked eye. -- SOLD
Dollars:
A group of three (3) near gem Morgans with attractive, original toning:
1882-S S$1 MS64 NGC - Smooth, flashy obverse while the reverse is fully toned in hues of copper, violet, orange and gold.
1881-S S$1 MS64 NGC - Obverse is virtually white and very lustrous. The reverse is totally toned, mostly in copper and brown but with some traces of green.
1896 S$1 MS64 NGC - A slightly better than common date. Both sides are toned in a light reddish-brown toning throughout. Minimally imperfected for the grade.
Group offered at CCE buy bid for only -- SOLD
1883-CC S$1 MS65 GSA Holdered NGC - Blast white and lustrous. Nicely struck and frosty. There are a few minor ticks on the devices and on the field adjacent to Liberty's face. Overall quite pleasing. -- SOLD
1921-S S$1 MS65 NGC - A hard-to-find gem condition specimen of the last San Francisco issued Morgan Dollar. Blast white and frosty. There are a few insignificant hairlines on the obverse while the reverse is void of any deficiencies. Priced to sell at a substantial discount from Greysheet bid. -- $695.00
