Advice for not truthful Heritage auction description

At Heritage's ANA auction earlier this month they described ( Lot 777 ) a 1941 -s Walker as being a Full Strike. At first I was skeptical , but took Heritage 's description at their word . After looking at the coin , Miss Liberty's left hand is not very visible , not like my other full strike Walkers.
Anyone else run into a similar situation like this ?
