It's dated Republic Year 23 (1934).

I don't know how to distinguish the 128,740,000 genuine originals from the 30-million restrikes produced by the Philadelphia, Denver and San Francisco mints in 1949; but in that pristine condition I would strongly suspect that yours came from a US mint.
