<< <i>Wow, you certainly have been accumulating some great stuff lately.
it would be interesting to see all of your stuff in one big post. >>
That's a great idea. I have a few more coming in the mail soon. When I get them I will post all that I have
I wish someone who has more experience with the tokens, store cards and other hard times/ civil war information than I have would chime in and give all of us a quick history lesson. It is very interesting. I don't want to give any wrong information.
I also want to thank everyone for their kind comments.

Not sure what your photoshop skills are but it would be cool to take SpaceMonkeys buffalo nickel poster and plug in all of your stuff over the nickels.
<< <i>Stefanie, after seeing all of the neat stuff you've being posting, you got me looking at tokens and medals myself.
Well, I took the plunge! I'm starting small, of course. Here's what I got in the mail today.

Wow. they are all very nice. I especially like the Washington and Jefferson. I'm glad to see someone else taking the plunge with me I think more people should come on in..... the water's fine
btw, I have a few more coming in the mail any day now. I will post them soon
I see these Medals and Tokens being collected and figure they must be like crack. You start out with a few nice old coins, then Wham! You're hooked on this other stuff before you know it.
