what TPG is this?

Sorry, i don't know how to insert Ebay items on the forum,but I was looking at some 2003 proof sets and ran across this--item # 280211041135 for a slabbed set of quarters(pf70)--can someone identify these?--I asked the seller and have not received an answer as to who the grader is--thanks

    This was the first iteration of their slab. They also came with "large" certificates (about 8"x5"). Later they moved to their more "refined" slabs that did not have the sticky label security device.

    Not only do you have to be careful purchasing some of these online but there are also a proliferation of them at shows. It never ceases to amaze me how many "self-slabbed" coins and lower tier slabs that are prevalent in some dealer's tables at coin shows.

    did you get a load of the aution estimates for the lot - $700 to $1700?!?!?!? (with a reserve). me thinks somebody is going to be very dissapointed when this lot doesn't come anywhere close to that number..
