Question about a 1860 GB Penny.

I offered this on ebay a while back and sold for over $300, but the buyer never paid for the coin. My question is what would it grade and shoud I submit? And if you could tell me which variety it is?

Nice coin and image. I'm thinking NGC MS64 BN.

Thanks. The image is still a little dark. I am going to reshoot it in manual mode and see if I cannot give it alittle more pop. -Dan

I can not make out the actual surface on the obverse and the reverse as there may or not be friction on the obverse surfaces and appear to be changes to our left of Britannia's left arm.
