Capped Bust Half -- Die Cud or Not???

Here is a coin I purchased online last evening. Besides it being an O-109 and a variety needed for the old BCBHDC it additionally appears to have an interesting rim issue. What's your opinion, particularly in the Star 13 area? It this a Die-Cud or a just a Rim-Ding?

Tough to see... but looks more like a die break or a tiny planchet crack as it's not a CUD.
