A Little VAM help please.

I picked this 1878 8TF up from my local shop yesterday. It has an interesting die chip(?) above the second dot in the motto and another die chip(?) above Liberty's eyelid. The seven in the date is also doubled. I don't see this on vamworld or in the VAM book. I was hoping someone with more knowledge than I have could enlighten me. Thanks for your help.

I just bought the same thing from an online dealer and thought it was a VAM-5 based on grabbing the pictures and blowing them up. It turned out to be a VAM-4 also. It's an NGC MS64 STAR.
