Looks like it's got some serious damage on the reverse.

I just noticed that HK-413 is not on the list at NGC ?

Unfortunate, but doesn't matter as much as it would for a common piece. Anyone who understands how rare that it would still be willing to pay a hefty sum for it.

SUMORADA and jonathanb are both correct. This one originally sold for $700+ and was sent to NGC for grading . Results were, plaunchet flaw 7:00 reverse. Makes me wonder if NGC has graded none, then how can they be certain it is a plaunchet flaw? Could it be a flaw in the dies themselfs? image

Assuming the picture is accurate, no, it couldn't. That's post-mint damage.

Seems you dissagree with NGC as plaunchet flaw, very interesting. image

Looks to me that the planchet flaw is a deep lamination.

Looks like a nice pocket piece. image

I really wish TPG's would give a better explanation with more detail when something does not get slabbed. image

I did give a "if the picture is accurate" caveat, but the picture shows metal that was "pushed up" next to the areas that were "scraped down". Look particularly at the O in COMMERCE (metal pushed towards the center of the O) and the circular ring more or less directly below it (metal pushed towards the center of the coin).
