    DCAM for sure.

    I'd first give it an acetone bath.

    Next, I'd try MS70 if the acetone doesn't do the trick.

    If those two don't do it, then a quick dip in EZ-Est. Make sure it's diluted by 50% at least on the first try.

    When I say quick, I do mean quick. Like 2 seconds.

    You don't want to damage such a fine piece.

    I think that the pure acetone will probably solve your issues and if not then MS70 surely will.

    I've done several myself in this manner.

    The obverse does not look DCAM to me, do you have an image of the reverse?

    washingtons portrait is light for DCAM, and like tom said, need to see the reverse

    Looks Cam not DCam to me. Whats the reverse look like.

    Looks like a DCAM candidate to me. The photo might not be at the best angle to show the all of the frost.
