Got my first "New Holder" 1951 Bowman Card for my set.....and it is short!

I won a card on eBay the other night I need for my 1951 Bowman Baseball Set (nearing 90% complete).

First card in the new holder, and shortest (T/B) size of any holdered '51 Bowman that I have ever owned.

New graders have any clue?
