I would like to make a complete set of PSA 1 thru 10 Jordan rookie. UPDATE: new card

It should'nt be a whole lot more....I've got a PSA 10 and a PSA 8 right now. I sold my PSA 9 when I got my 10.....I should have kept it. I just think it would make a sweet display. I'm not going for the half grades.....just 1-10. Allen has like seven Jordans....I can't remember the thread they were on.

It's not just about spamming, it's about cluttering boards and abusing the system.

I sent my PSA 1 grade one to Beckett to slab as Authentic. Not sure if you have ever seen what the 3's and 4's bring, but it is crazy. So many people do not want to break the bank so very low grade Jordan auctions get tons of hits and many bids. I have not seen one as bad as mine in a long time, I remember one a few years ago that was missing 1/3 or so of the card and really battered, I think it was the worst I have ever seen and it brought $150 range. It was not slabbed either which I think turns of buyers of even a low grade MJ. I think I might put my poor grade MJ on ebay when I get it back mostly because I want to see how high it will go. I think I can sell it and get enough to wait for a 5 or 6 with eye appeal. Good luck in your venture.

Allen's right. The prices for 3s, 4s, 5s, and 6s are about the same, and 7s don't go for much more. You can expect to pay about $2000 total for grades 1-7, plus whatever you can get a 9 for ($800-$1100). I have a 6, but I'm going to sell it with a mid grade set once it's complete.

Ebay won't let people sell Jordan RCs raw, and the few that slide through still get stupid prices. Hell, obvious counterfeits bring $100 regularly, and this is with people stating that they're selling it as a reprint.

Why do the colors on your Jodan look so strange? If real I would say grade 4.5 or 5

Colors look fine on my end? must be the scan. But yes it's 100% real I've handled a few 86 fleers so I'm familliar with them.

Dustin, not like it really matters anyway. It's only about a $50 difference between a 6 and a 7. Nice card whatever it pulls.

I sent it off this morning on the 12.50$ 5 day special BGS has running right now so I'll now the grade next week some time.

since psa graded over 11800 jordan rookies, i think it wont be too difficult. but there are only 10 psa 1s graded. there is a quantity of 1894 of the psa 9s which you need.

Just get a Jordan Rookie and make a pin hole in it, and that would get you a PSA 1

Overall 7 I'm pretty happy.. The card really does look better in person the scan with a black background really made the white corners pop.

PS I don't have to collect ONLY PSA cards to be accepted on a message board or make friends I also do not have the need to bash other grading companies to be accepted on this board or any other for that matter. I collect what I like and have never once bashed anybody for there preference or put down another collectors stuff.

I guess the only way I could ever be possibly considored as a positive contributor to these boards is if I swear off BGS and SGC and only deal with PSA cards huh.

I agree, I mean until very recently I didn't collect any kind of graded cards but I don't recall anyone trying to drive me out of here at the time...

And am I the only one here surprised that PSA 1 and 2 Jordan's even exist? Who would've bothered sending ones that bad grade, you know?
