This has got to be one of the most amazing auctions I can remember in recent memory! Page after page of the listings are incredible!

That tells me 2 things, well at least one thing.

The people holding these cards want to get out from under them.

Great auction overall, but the football selection is pathetic. Mastro is still king there.

REA always has big auctions so I don't think the economy has much to do with it. If you need some quick cash, you would go to Ebay.

WOW ! some high end items in there !

There are some nice Babe Ruth baseballs being offered !

I hope everyone saves their money though and bids on mine in May because mine just smokes them all image

Whoever gets mine is going to be one very happy person, no matter what they pay . . .

    Think that's a safe assumption.
So basically my kid won't be able to go to college, but at least I'll have a set where the three most expensive cards are of a player I despise ~ CDsNuts

This may be a stupid question but how would one get a catalog for this auction?

Boy I wish I had a bigger budget. They've got some nice cards in there. The non-baseball is really weak, but I wouldn't mind trying for the 57-58 Topps set. The lower condition just might make it into my price range.
  • I think there's going to be alot of starving pre war collectors in the next month.
