How to submit to The Numismatist magazine?

Not quite sure if this is the right place, but I haven't been able to find any info anywhere else. Does anyone here know how to submit to The Numismatist (ANA Publication), I am in the process of polishing up an article on Jacob Perkins and would very much like to submit it.

It's on the ANA website - click on the tab for The Numismatist and then look for "Information for Authors".
