Waffling between 64 and 65, but went with 65 because of the common date and quality of the cheek. A date that's tougher in 65 probably gets stuck on 64.
[Edit to add: From this image, I can't tell at all whether or not the coin is PL.]
I went 65PL. I'd grade 64 and maybe PL (need to see in hand) but I could see this in a 65pl holder... It appears to have a nice cameo contrast, somewhat hidden beneath toning, but clearly there.
I don't know , but iwould say 64. But the reverse at the lower rim looks like PVC damage on my moniter. Deep green color. CAn anyone see that? I do like it.

Perhaps...
Yes it is. IMO it has a very good chance of regrading at the 66PL level. My camera really picks up and magnifies the slightest disturbance...in hand you can see that the "hits" on the cheek actually aren't hits at all, just breaks in the frost (all except the one directly above the neck/jaw line. that is the only actual hit on the cheek). This one will be staying with me and probably going along with my next submission.
Is it just me, or does that reverse toning almost look like it was liquid at one time? Guess I've not seen one exactly like that before. Just wondering, it is a real nice coin. Pete

but after my 2nd look i am not so sure about the PL anymore.
The coins doesn't have many contact marks and the mirrors are most likely hidden by the toning.
Extremely nice coin!
