I found this pin last year. Does anyone Know what it is? I thought it might be a Military medal of some kind.

Expert Marksman Qualification Badge.

The two loops would hold the qualifications, such as rifle or pistol.

Heres an example, lower frame, upper right....see the bars hanging under it? You have yours pictured upside down...
