Are There Reliable Mintage Numbers For Mint Errors?

Is there a reliable source or method for determining the total number of particular errors such as the Washington Smooth, The Adams Double-Edge and the Adams Smooth? Thanks in advance . . .

Thanks! Can you tell me where the estimates are available? Specifically, I'm wishing to know the approximate number of Adams Double Edge Dollars.

quality control at the mint(s) has traditionally been pretty high so errors of any kind are usually 0.0000001% of the run, if that high.....in laymen terms: a drop in the bucket

the three you mention happen to be recent, hyped mint errors......so for these i will say "supplies are limited" (the TV guys told me so)

The number slabbed by PCGS and NGC might be a reasonable indicator of the *relative* scarcity of the presidential dollar errors.
