1900-O VAM23-D?

I am not a VAM guy but I was looking at some old morgans that I had put away long long ago and found an interesting 1900-O with some really great reverse die cracks. I went to VAMworld and I think it is VAM23 but the last die state shown is 23C and this coin shows additional cracks from "U" of UNITED down through the star and into the "O" of ONE. It also has cracks that don't show in the photo across the tops of "MERI" of AMERICA. Do any VAM guys have any additional information to confirm the 23D designation? This coin is in an old rattler holder graded MS63. Thanks!

The scratches are on the holder.
