I didn't cancell mine but received 2 small shipments but have been charged for one. WTF Chimps?

Sounds like their system didn't have time to stop automated withdrawals/charges on those that did last minute cancellations.
Once things were in play, coins were in, and ready to ship, it was probably a bit late to play "ooooo.....silver is going down, I will cancel my order that I was trying to play the system with"

From those saying they canceled awhile ago and having no issues, I think that is fairly safe to say.

I think if you cancel a day or two before the stated ship date, they will arrive.

I had a subscription for 100 but I cancelled all of my subscriptions in December. Finally fet up with the spotting issue.

I don't have no problems with my bank acct. Maybe the reason is I use stolen credit cards.
