I posted this once before but just relized the obv. has somthing wrong with it is well.
Im hoping to find out maybe the cuase of this error/ if is a ligit error & maybe how rare or vaule of the coin.

Must have had a bad batch of planchets running through the press, to have a prior coin delaminate and leave a fragment on the lower die, and then have this one delaminate at the throat. Nice dual error.

It is so so so... HARD to decide what to keep & what to sale if i could afford to keep all the coins i have i would im going to throw about 30-70 lots on ebay i hope today.

You'd have to check EBay for a price reference on both... as not to be the bearer of sour news a few bucks is all these will fetch.
Partial Collars on post War-Time Silver issues only fetch good money if on a Proof issue. As to the lamination/strike through it all depends on how neat someone will get their wallet excited about it?
