What is going on with the US MINT

I have never had a problem with an order, other then really slow. Feb. 14 I ordered mint roll p and d Monroe dollars and a proof set of 2008 president dollars. 1. Back ordered to
Feb 29 2. My account says shipped on March 1 with tracking # Today got 3 e-mails saying returned and credited. Now I have 4 different tracking #'s. Wow!! None of the tracking
numbers have any information to them, and it was one simple order. I know it wasn't the postal Service. I work at Our post office. I used same CC and same address. I got my
First spouse Monroe with no problem. Now the Question is Should I reorder? Is other people having problems receiving your mint rolls of James Monroe?

    I suggest you call the mint and ask them. When the "customer service" rep is clueless, ask for a senior representative.

    My experience this past week has been the opposite. Over last weekend, like many others, I ordered a 4 piece set of 2007 W gold, when indications were that gold and silver were going to go ballistic due to the Bear Stearns problem. On Tuesday, I tried to cancel my order (when gold started dropping!) but the order was already in progress. I received the coins on Thursday. Perhaps the quickest turnaround I have had when ordering from the Mint.

    I JUST got my presidential proof sets which I had a subscription for. They went on sale in late January I believe.

    PLUS, I cancelled all my other subscriptions following this fiasco (I could've ordered the proof sets on my own weeks ago).

    Sure enough, I get a message the other day saying they're processing my silver eagles. Go figure. The mint sucks.

    they have been near normal for my deliveries....and also honoring cancellations in time frame allowed.
