<< <i>They get them in trade for all the free Card Savers that we ship them. >>
I always thought they removed the cards by cutting the card saver open instead of risking damage while yanking the cards out. Those card savers can be a bit tight. A good marketing move for PSA might be to include new card saver holders with your shipment. They could send one for each card you submitted. That way they would be making sure that their customers had the proper supplies to submit their next order, possibly encouraging more frequent orders.
But still, I would like to find those mailing boxes.
I'm not going to do you homework for you, but first I would call PSA and ask them. If they are unwilling to reveal the source, then try these. The first is one of the largest box manufacturers in California, the second is one of the largest sellers of shipping supplies. Tharco can make anything you want. Uline carries just about everything under the sun related to shipping.
I'm sure someone at either company could point you in the right direction.

<< <i>There are way more trees in California than tree-huggers. >>
Hey Matt, the reason that we HAVE more trees in California is BECAUSE of the tree-huggers.
PS. Lots of grass (regular and wacky) out here too! You could make a fortune.

<< <i>What boxes are you talking about? The lil brown boxes that they put the slabs in or the main mailing box?

I'm talking about the brown boxes they put the slabs in when they mail them back to you.
I reuse them too.
