Looking a lot like the work of Robert Lovett, it is not. Lovett had a little hidden trademark in his coins that used the French Liberty, in that the sixth star back on the headband was 'half' hidden by a lock of hair. All other French Liberty designs, and there were quite a few, had all the stars visible (like this one)

Some nice stuff so far!!!! Nice job Mike on the 42-S/S/S I didn't get the slip from the PO for the 1833 Half Cent. But I did have one for another piece of copper that I hope is all the sellers image makes it out to be!
