April 16, 2008 first day Central States show. Is that a dealer day or first public day?

Going to take a personal day from work and want to hit the first public day. Central States web page doesn't say. Do you know?

    Wednesday is PNG Day, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

    You will need a PNG Invitation, which is available from
    any PNG dealer.

    I'll be happy to mail one out to anyone who will be in
    Chicago that Wed., April 16.......
