Griffey Insert on Ebay Going way over book

Any ideas why this card is so popular? Already at 132.50 before the snipers arrive.
It is "The Man" insert from 1998 Finest. Looking in the Beckett guide there are refractor and non-refractor versions. Book for the refractor is $60.
Looking at the 2002 Beckett Reference I see that this is probably one of the few 90's sets that has appreciated in book value during that time.
Looks like a cool card - maybe someone is hoarding.
