anybody know how to open a excell address document?

i got a email i need to open and i cant do it,its a .xls excell? addy list of 1st cav guys i need to get ahold of,anybody got a program or the brains to help me with this image

    .XLS is Microsoft Excel yes.

    You need help opening it?

    You dont have Excel?

    If your computer is not real old, there may be a "trial version"
    of excel stashed inside.

    If so, set up the trial and download your sheet.

    Also, there are LOTS of free spreadsheets on the internet
    that will open excel docs.

    i got it opened, my excell program vanished for somereason lol-i got a new dell e520-about a year old, i prob deleted excell out of it, i never use it much,thanx!!!!!

    i cant get it printed out but i got it opened anyways,ill figure that out laterimage
