Value question on a CBH???

What in your opinion is a value range for an extremely attractive 1812 CBH O-112a in a AU55 with outstanding eye appeal, color and luster???
Edited to say: Not 100% sure about the O-112a designation. I've been told that it is one of the common varieties. But again, the color luster and eye-appeal are off the charts.

only because it would be a new die marriage discovery--there are only 10 marriages known for 1812.
Yes, I'm exaggerating. But barely, or so it seems.
