Submssion receives not in Submission Status

am new to PSA, anyone here got history on the time it takes for PSA to post the submission as 'ok' in the submission center, after receiving the submission Have USPS confirmation PSA received the submission on 3/10, no sign of it yet in the submission center.

It usually takes several days, if not weeks, for them to log it in as "Ok." It took them about 20 days the last time I sent something in so I wouldn't worry just yet.
  • Maybe it depends on the service level (i.e 45 day, 10 day etc). I sent in a 10 day special that was received on 3/14 and marked ok on 3/17.

Don't worry , this is just another tool PSA has at their disposal to meet their service obligations. I sent them 6 cards which the delivery confirmation said was delivered on March 7th but PSA didn't acknowledge the order until March 15th. I assume my 7 day "estimated turnaround" submission will start on March 15th instead of the real time(Mar. 7th) they received the order. That's just not good business.

Can you imagine if you walk into your neighborhood Post Office to mail a few items and the clerk takes your items and places them in a bin that reads" TO BE POSTMARKED 1 WEEK LATER", there would be some trouble. Yet, this seems to be acceptable at PSA. I'm also surprised it can take up to 3 days to receive answers from their Customer Service. It seems like the people over there are overburdened and can't handle everything that comes in. PSA has a good thing going but if they keep moving in this direction they're going to see their competition close in on them faster than they would like.

I realize sports card grading is just a luxury in life but yet it's still a business and needs to be held accountable just like any other business.

Sorry, I had to air that out.
