He had some rare cards that I have been looking for. I already have some of them in PSA7 and PSA9 so I asked for scans and told him up front that i was looking for the perfect version. He said they were all NM/Mint. I got scans in email (well, actually snapfish) and most of the cards were MC top to bottom.

I emailed him back thanking him and explained that they did not fit my needs. I even said I was still interested but I would not be able to offer what I think he could get for the cards from someone else.

I get this back...

"It’s funny, whenever someone asks me to scan pictures and I take the time out of my day to do it and then email it the person is never interested. Somehow I knew I would be wasting my time by scanning the pictures –"

I asked him to add me to his blocked bidder list... sometimes I hate ebay.

I would have replied with a thanks and moved on. By replying with anything else you opened the door to a possible pissing contest.

yeah, he replied back already... he says if i don't think these will grade PSA8 or better than I am nuts. I guess he doesn't think qualifiers mean anything.

what a great seller...

i was going to reply again but its just not worth it on someone like this.
