Question about the early proof Registry Sets UPDATE.... THANKS BJ!!!

I recently set my boss up with a Registry Set for his 1879 Proof Set. Here is a link to that set. My question is: Why isn't there a slot for the Trade Dollar? Is it one or the other (Morgan/Trade). If it is, why is it set up this way? Thanks for the help.

interesting question as i'd think there'd be 2 spots for the $.
hopefully your boss includes images too as that looks like one sweet set there....;-)
is he to persue the gold pieces too?

Hey Ted, I will be shooting pictures for him this weekend. It's a nice set, freshly graded. The Trade $ is a 64CAM. I don't think he'll be going after the gold, at least not anytime soon.

i've always been a lil partial as it was one of my proudest purchases sometime ago in i had a 79' trade

hehehe...on the gold note ...that was one of those "stellar" years at which same question would apply...ya think..."coiled or flowing or both"
what a booger of a registry set that'd be

I emailed BJ last night about it, and she said it was an oversight by them, and it has now been fixed. Thanks BJ!!!!
