Hoover signed on a bill that raised the Income Tax from 25% to a whooping 63% to pay for the government during the early stages of the Great Depression.
Sad thing is we're doing this to ourselves, it's like Sharks feeding into a Feeding Frenzy, we just keep going on and on Selling. I hope I continue to be one of the few who keep Buying and Buying, every week the stuff just gets cheaper and cheaper !!!!!!. I am maxing out my 401 K to the tune of $20.5 K a year.

In my resturant I have noticed a trend. We do have less customers than last year, but our sales are up around 12%. We did not have a menu increase on our mainstay items last year so this tells me that the customers we do have are spending more. Other area resturants are reporting similar trends.

This is M3 money chart, in my mind, it shows the real trouble that will come. It shows the total amount of money in circulation in cash, coin, bonds, checking.savings accounts, 401ks, stocks, etc. it shows REAL inflation. Prices will eventually catch up to the inflation shown here.
