PSA/DNA bulk discount - have any of you done this before?

I have heard about many people doing this over the years, sending in 20-30 cards and having the rate dropped to like $15 or so per card. What is the process when doing something like this....who should I contact? Who has done this before and can you give me any information? Thanks again for the help!

I am pretty sure 20 cards is far from bulk.

At $20/card it is to me :-) Only reason I'm asking is I have heard about it numerous times and how the rate usually seemed to be lowered at approx. 25 cards. Any info?

many of us on the NFL HOF auto thread on the set registry board go in together for a $15 per card rate. You need at least 100 cards to get that rate.

Is it true that if you send in more than 50, the price goes in half, and more than 100, the price is only 10% of the regular price?

I wrote Joe Orlando and he gave me a very favorable price. He's always said write him and he'll see what he can do, and I found him to be very responsive.
