which one to keep?? which to sell?? (NEW SCAN ADDED)

Just crossed over a BVG 6 which became the 2nd card pictured. I was hoping for a SGC 6. Now I have 2 SGC 5.5's. Which one do you think is the keeper?

EDIT: Someone posted that the scans looked different...that's because they were done years apart on different scanners, so I added a new scan of the first card....does it make a difference??

It looks to me like the image and color are duller in the one on the right... not to mention it appears there's a print line running through his face.

Keep the one that doesn't say 5.5 on it. Eye Appeal and Color are better. It's a shame to sell the better centered one, but shouldn't you always keep the better eye appeal one for your PC???

Gotta keep in mind the color may look better on one because the scans seem to have been done at a different time or maybe a different scanner?? they have different color backgrounds behind the slab and the green on the flips is also a different shade as well. brighter green flip on the left hence brighter card on the left..just a thought.

You are correct. Scans done years apart on different scanners. I posted the New scan of the left card.

Before I made a decision I would send the card on the left back to SGC to have them put it in a new holder. The grade might change (up or down) and your decision would be easier.

Thanks for all of your opinions. I will continue to look for an upgrade at a reasonable price. I am keeping the left card. That is the one I bought originally raw back at a show in the early nineties. The right one will go up for sale.
