1971 #5 Thurman Munson card.

I sent my 71 thurman Munson card to PSA to grade and they said it was undersized. Funny thing the other 11 cards they graded measure the same size as this card. Any opinion on what should be done? Appreicate any help

Min-Size means re-sub.
