If it's trimmed .... it's been graded in the past 2 years. If it looks good, it was graded within the first eight months that they were open. If it's mislabeled ... it was graded on a Monday.
Well, they do have a new flip, which would indicate graded within the last 3-4 months.
Also, if something is "1st graded", odds are much higher that it was graded some time ago (although, technically, a card graded today can still be 1st graded)
You can always check their population reports, too; they should be live on Monday.
