Help sought for Coins of Norway Proof Sets from the 80's - are they worth anything?

I was given a dozen proof sets that are labeled "Coins of Norway" and contain 4 or 5 coins in the encased hard plastic set. They look similar to the US Proof sets from the 80's. All of the sets say Coins from Norway and are in the 80's. They do not have any cardboard box, just the plastic case.

I couldn't find anything similar on eBay, etc so I am wondering if anyone has a general idea of price. Are they work just a few bucks each? Are they worth $10 each? Or are they worthless? I had one dealer offer me $0.75 for each, which I passed on.

Norway issued 4 to 6 coin mint sets in the 80s, no Proof sets till the 90s, and they list in Krause at $10-$15.
