NEED HELP determining values of 1958 Ted Williams and Aaron PSA graded Miscut (MC) cards <<Aar

March 17 Update...Aaron and Williams have sold.
Recently, I have successfully sold vintage PSA graded major stars (with no qualifiers) on the CU forum. I try to value and price the cards fairly and have received great feedback from buyers. I normally price at 75-100% of SMR, depending on demand for the card.
Here's my problem...I am clueless on how to value cards with qualifiers. For example, I have a 1958 Ted Williams PSA 3 (MC) and a 1958 Aaron PSA 5 (MC). I have attached scans below. What would be a fair asking price as a percentage of SMR? Aaron PSA 5 NQ is valued at $100 by SMR. Would a price of 50% SMR be fair for a miscut card?
Any help would be appreciated,
Jerry
