Printing out Postage on Paypal

What size labels do you need to printout labels from Paypal? I know they have free delivery confirmation, or at least cheaper than $.75 at the Post Office. This would labels for USPS shipping.

Running an Ebay store sure takes a lot more time than a person would think!

search paypal labels on ebay. They sell half sheets that work well. If you change the settings to not print the receipt, since it is saved online anyway. You can print labels on both halves of the page.

Where in the PayPal settings do you tell it to skip printing the receipt?
  • I'd love to know that as well!

  • I think you can only change the settings if you are printing using the paypal multi-order shipping tool, once you go into multi-order shipping, click edit, settings, you will see where it says print settings, click that and uncheck the box that says print label information and instructions.

I use regular paper and tape it on the package. DO NOT tape over the barcode.

Delivery confirmation is .17 or .18.

Smart person. I print on regular paper also. I use clear packing tape around the edges and a larger piece right over the names.

  • You can print the labels without the receipts on the single printing mode. When you are doing a label go to the right of the selected print, there is highlighted text saying "Edit Printer Settings" There you will see a box you can uncheck - print receipt. It should then save that as your default. The labels are so much easier than taping them every time.

The Delivery Confirm is .18c on line which is well worth it.

I taped them on for a while, then I found the labels. I think 400 cost me $13 and it saved me a TON of time.

PS- Is there anyway to change the settings so that you can keep from printing the text line at the bottom that is either the file name or web url?
  • Yea Allen I need to change that too, I think it has to do with your IE settings not the paypal ones. I'll look when I get a chance.

I think I found it, go to your printer setup in IE, it list two lines for header and footer, blank those out. That just worked for me.
  • Another tip so you save tape...I use plain paper and print it out, then use the 2796E (link to 2796E forms on USPS.com) pouches to put the sheets in. Once you cut then in half, they fit perfectly and seal shut at the top, then just stick them to your priority mail box. The only tape you need is to tape the priority box shut and I've done this hundreds of times so they don't have a problem with me using the customs form pouch for this.

sign up for a free UPS account and then order their labels for free. I get 1500 at a time at work (2 per sheet with the bottom half printing a nice reciept for your own records.
