Vintage Ty Cobb Pencil Clip - Any info on this?

I ran across this today. Does anybody have any information on this Ty Cobb Pencil Clip. I looked in the SCD catalog and could not find anything on it. I did see some Cleveland Indians pencil clips from 1948 to 1952, but nothing on this one. Any info would help. I know the image isn't the best. My scanner doesn't pick up background very good. It only picks up what is touching the surface.

It's a fantasy, artificially beat up to look aged. There were no real pencil clips of Cobb, Wagner and the one or two other big stars seen. The Cleveland Indian clips of the 1940s-50s are real, however.
