The Dallas Texans played 3 seasons in Dallas before moving to Kansas City to become the Chiefs. Here's a link.

They appear to be 1960 Texans 7-Eleven. I'm not an expert on vintage oddball, but the checklists match.

I don't have the Beckett Annual on me, but the set would probably be listed in there. You could also try Mike Hattley from Touchdown Treasures, or Joe Colabella for an idea of rarity.

Thanks Joe, Correct you are these are 1960 7-11 Dallas Texans. I found a few on the internet most range between $100 (low grade) & $350 (NMMT) each, so it looks like I got a steal.

My 2006 Tuff Stuff book says NM/M value of $35 each for those two guys.
