    Yes, I think so Don. Pretty hard for a silver coin to go 138 years and still be blast white. Having said that I don't think it was harshly cleaned and the TPG did not BB it.

    the obverse looks like it has some nice color coming back, but the reverse does have the look of just too white/radiant
