Viewing PSA Invoices?

Guys,

I absolutely love the fact that I can go back through all the invoices that I've ever sent in to PSA. It really is a very cool setup.
But, I'm trying to figure out if there is a way to allow other people to view a specific invoice or invoices of mine without giving up my acct # and password.

Does anyone know how?

I love the fact, dont have to lug around that folder anymore!!!! Now if someone could write a program where i could punch in a cert and see if i graded it would be even more helpful. Im actually in the process of doing a 81 inventory of what ive graded and my %'s of how i faired should be interesting.

As for you question i think if you make it public it can be seen just not sure how has to be someway otherwise there wouldnt be a public or private.

Yeah - I've been able to toggle the invoice in question to "Shared".

Now, I'm just trying to help out the two guys who have cards on my invoice to get access to it.

Well depending on the number of submissions you've done, you could just save the contents of each of your subs to a single excel sheet with a start and end cert # if you want to keep it concise and you'd have that answer.

  • frank here ya go make your invoice shared then go to http://www.psacard.com/Membership/Shared.aspx down at the bottom they can put the sub # in.

    envoy,

my skills in excel are limited (just started messing with it this year). my question would be if i made the card with the # in the first box instead of the 3 would it sort by the #'s. That would be better for me its alot of 81's so going by the sub #'s would be allover the place. plus it'd give me an idea of what i havent graded.

i'll play with it later tonigh
