packing guidelines

hello, new to psa. if anyone could help with a few questions. do you have to send resitered mail? what type of brown tape? and finally how to submit hostess panals since they are big?. thanks for the help.. also looking for high grade pete rose cards.. thanks corey

Nope, don't have to send it resitered or registered mail. Taping usually is whatever your usual Post Office will allow, I use a couple and the rules differ, go figure !! Not sure about the Hostess panels, somebody else...Tall Boys ??!!!
