Why Are There Only Topps Team Sets In The Registry?

Hi Guys,

Can someone tell me why there are only Topps team sets in the PSA team set registry...other than the occassional Bowman set? Won't they list non-Topps sets?

    I have submitted the 1981 and 1982 Donruss/Fleer Brewers team sets only to be told the staff is understaffed and overworked. This is also after Joe Orlando said he would have no problem having these added. I found it funny that the president of PSA has no idea how overworked the registry people are.

    I have attempted to enter a complete 1984 DONRUSS TEXAS RANGERS team set for 3 years now with NO success------------ Seems like they don't have the manpower------ or womanpower to do anything but Topps in Baseball team sets while the other sports and non sports there isn't such a shortage. I'm puzzled too.
