2007 Adrian Peterson Rookie Ticket....

anybody seen this card? I just picked one up and when it came it all kind of smudge marks and looked really awful. I got on and messaged the guy for a refund...then I checked all the other peterson rc's and they ALL HAVE IT. Anybody know what could be going on with that??

    Its part of the design. I thought the same thing.

    They actually did that on purpose to simulate a dirty ticket???? lol

    I don't know what they're going for with that design. Maybe like a marble effect? It looks more like a scratched helmet.

    i think so....but yeah...at first glance you think its a damaged card.....like i said i asked for a refund and then saw they all had it. lol

    Do an ebay search for 2000 rookie ticket, and you'll see that it's part of the design.

    Heh, "factory distressed" cards. That's great.

    Good to hear that they are all "dirty". I looked at some of the ones that are graded and the smudge pattern is identical across the board with these cards....why would Playoff do that??

    That is a sweet looking card . . .

    I love pulling the autos , that is my favorite , but I mostly if not always get some hamburger flippa . . .

    Although I did pull a Tavarus Jackson out of the Bowman Sterling and a Johnny Podres from a pack of Topps

    the card is mint...and yes the surface of the card DOES look like that......I totally was pissed when i got the card thinking it was a reject or something lol
