1986 Topps Football Unopened Cello Box

Guys,

I'm thinking about pulling the trigger on a 1986 Topps Football Unopened Cello Box from Baseball Card Exchange here:

Cello Box

The description says, "1986 Topps Football Unopened Cello Box. Box contains 24 unopened cello packs. Came from a NON-X-out sealed case. None finer."

What do you guys think? Of course, the seller is impeccable. But what does the "NON-X-out sealed case" mean? Also are high grade cards harder (or easier) to come by via cello parks as opposed to wax packs? Just curious. Thanks in advance.

I think the boxes and cases with black X's mean that they were distributed and returned. I shy away from them unless they're cheap because extra handling can = extra damage.

I've had great luck with 86 fb wax from Steve. Not so much with vending. Racks have been great too. I have not tried cello. You can ask Steve how the corners are with the cello, he should tell you.

If you get any nice Wilber Marshall's (bears) or Joey Browner's or Steve Jordan's (both Vikings) I'd be interested. image
