How Would You Respond To This Ebay Seller

Yesterday, I bought an item off eBay as a "Buy It Now" ($40 or so) and approximately 24 hours later I get this email:

Hi. You purchased this with buy it now yesterday morning (Wednesday) but have not paid for it and so I sent you an invoice. Please forward payment today or email me if you are mailing a money order. If I don't hear from you by Saturday the item will be relisted.

Thank you very much.

It wasn't an "Immediate Payment Requested" auction and my feedback is well over 800 (99.8%). Am I justified to be a bit perturbed????

What if you mailed a money order, went on a vacation out of town, did not get her email for a weak.... She gets your money order on Monday but the item has been relisted and you've been given your neg and a NPB filed. Sellers really should wait at least a weak before sending emails like this.

I would email her a story like above and ask her what she would have done it that situatuation..... its really not a big deal, however these sellers do drive me crazy. Who needs customers anyway? I guess she already has enough.

Then use Ebay checkout when the first invoice comes (or better yet, immediatly after you hit the BIN) so the seller knows what you're doing.

A silly, impatient seller; maybe she "needs" the money.

BUT, she cannot file an NPB for 7 full days.

I would simply pay her on whatever time-frame I had previously planned.

Unless sellers use the "immediate payment" feature, EBAY is NOT a
great place to raise instant cash.

In the RARE circumstance that I buy anything on EBAY,
I use EBAY checkout. I either use PayPaly straight-away,
or I check the box that says I am sending a MO.

Before I opened the thread, I predicted my response would be to tell them to go F themselves. After reading the situation, my response is still to tell them to go F themselves.
