Receive Hold??????

What does this mean? It is suppose to let me know the status of my PSA order...
Strong buyer of 1970 Kelloggs Football & 1971 Kelloggs Baseball and Football. Please help me find cards!
I have a few hundred extra PSA graded 1971 Kellogg's cards. E-mail for price list. Looking for 1970 Topps Supers in PSA 9 too.

    Recent previous thread indicate that you should call customer service. A hold means there is a problem with your order and it will most likely end up on the problem shelf until you call to fix. An email will, at some point, be generated indicating this. While some problem orders get resolved in house, most do not. image

    I would call customer service just in case.

    I got the same message for my order. I called and there didn't seem to be a problem, but the CS rep said she would call me back to confirm. I did see an earlier thread where someone had that message and it disappeared a few days later, so it could just be some sort of internal glitch or something.

    Have had one of those for over a month listed on one of my orders. I have assumed that it is off hold and has not been updated which may not be a good assumption. I had sent in some rarely graded material in that sub and I believe that is what caused it.
