Are you submitting 1980 Topps cards to PSA?

Hi....Could you assist a 1980 Orioles team set collector that needs one last graded card? If you would submit 2 or 3 raw Tippy Martinez #706 cards from the 1980 Topps set, I'd gladly purchase them from you when you receive them back from PSA. I just haven't submitted before and I don't have any others to submit, so I'd thought I'd ask the experts. Can you assist?

David...Thanks for the response. I'll take any grade, but I'd prefer a PSA 9 or 10 of course. It's just the last card in my Orioles '80 team set, and I haven't seen one on eBay.
