What 1984 Donruss cards go for over $100.00 in PSA 10?

I just bought a 84 Donruss set , some of them look really nice. I like to gamble so, what 1984 Donruss cards go for over $100.00 in PSA 10?? I might send some in and see what happens, but I don't want to waste grading money on cards that aren't going to be worth much even if they come back a 10.

The Mattingly is gorgeous, so I think I'll send that one. But, what others should I pull to consider sending in if they look good,

Judging by the SMR and the pop report I'd say the Mattingly, Carter, Ripken and Ryan would meet the criteria. Also, the 8 cards with Pop Zero should bring some serious coin if you get the registry gang involved.

I know with personal experience I have had a hell of a time trying to get a Mattingly PSA 10. I would love to see a scan of yours Mike.

I know someone outbid me by a couple hundred bucks for a Buddy Bell #56 a few weeks ago. It went for about $220.

Thank you for that list. Here's my Mattingly and Rogers.




What are y'alls guesses for grades? The backs are strong on both. The small black dot on the scan of the Rogers that is on the lower right white border is not on the card, it's on my scanner bed.

I'll pluck the other ones out from that list you posted and see what they look like.

9 for Matt and maybe a 10 for Rogers is my guess.
